Shipping and Returns
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all rare coin and currency orders at silverdollars.com. You do not pay shipping or insurance on your purchase of non-bullion items.
What if I need to return an item?
You may return any certified coins you order from us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Coins must be in their original holders and must be returned in the same undamaged condition they were sent. Any agreements for a final sale void this return policy. To receive a full refund, you must return your order to DBRC, registered mail with insurance via the U.S. Postal Service. Coins removed from their holder are NON-RETURNABLE. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not reimburse return postage fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Can you ship an address other than what I have on file with my payment processor/credit card?
No. We reserve the right to waive this policy for customers who are frequent buyers, but due to rampant credit card fraud in our industry we will not ship to any address other than the billing address associated with your account.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we do not. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
